1. Owner details

In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), the details of the owner of the glossy.day website (the “Site”), the GLOSSY application and its browser extension are:

• Owner: Mr Marc Morales Linares, self-employed professional (autónomo).

• Address: Carrer de Floridablanca, 68, 08015 Barcelona, Spain.
• Email: support@glossy.day.
• Activity: development and sale of GLOSSY, a language-learning application.

2. Purpose

This legal notice governs access to and use of the Site. Access to the Site is free of charge and makes the visitor a user, which implies acceptance of this notice. Use of the GLOSSY application and purchase of the Premium plan are also governed by the Terms of Use, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

3. Use of the Site

The user agrees to make proper use of the Site and its content, in accordance with the law and this legal notice, and not to use it for unlawful activities, to damage the systems of the owner or of third parties, or to introduce viruses or any other harmful code.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Site’s content (text, design, logos, the GLOSSY brand, images and code) belongs to the owner or is used under licence from its owners. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming it without authorisation is prohibited, except for personal and private use. Third-party trademarks that may appear on the Site (for example, those of the app stores) belong to their respective owners.

5. Liability

The owner endeavours to keep the Site’s information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the Site will be available without interruption, and is not liable for damage arising from interruptions or technical failures beyond its control.

The Site may include links to third-party sites. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, and including a link does not imply any relationship or endorsement.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Without prejudice to any mandatory venue to which the user may be entitled as a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable law.
